How do these people stay in business?

I am a bit late updating this but my daughter text me a couple weeks ago that Carvana has contacted her again because they need the registration application completed and threatening that she was at risk of no longer being able to drive the car we bought her. This is because they either keep losing the paperwork or do not file it within the 30 days allowed by Massachusetts. The registration applications are only good for 30 days after they are dated. My daughter took delivery of this car on February 12, 2021 and here it was May 27th and they have dropped the ball yet again. My daughter is stressed over this and I am quite irritated that they are using urgent language in an intimidating fashion when the entire problem stems from their incompetence.
