So on Wednesday my daughter text me that Carvana contacted her again telling her that her registration was delayed again and they need the proper paperwork filled out in the next 48 hours. This will be the 3rd time filling out this paperwork and returning it in they Express envelopes that they provide. I truly wonder what these people do with the papers? If I owned this company I assure you that more than 50% of the staff would be fired in a heartbeat. The amount of time and money that these people waste and additional customer aggravation that they create in doing so should put them out of business in no time. My daughter took delivery of her car on February 12, 2021 and it is not late May. I am fairly sure that this happens because the paperwork for Massachusetts is only good for 30 days from the signing date and these people wait too long to process it on time.
