So they screwed up again

Today we received the title for the Jaguar which sounds pretty awesome but the title was supposed to go to the bank because I borrowed $28k to buy the car. So now I have a clear title to the car and the bank has zero collateral for their loan. I am honest enough to bring the title to the bank and get it all straightened out but this is completely ridiculous. I need to waste even more of my time yet again correcting issues resulting from Carvana's errors. I wonder if I could start billing them for my time?
