Purchased from Carvana in July 21- vehicle delivery was delayed- delivery was 8/12

The vehicle was dirty- and had undisclosed damage worse than the defects they noted.

Garbage and dog hair from the previous owner. I ended up cleaning it myself and Silver Rock took care of 3 items.

Now after waiting 2 1/2 months for a reg- they send me commercial plates because they mistakenly put the gvwr at 9400 # which disqualified it for a passenger plate- which i should have received- also wrong color- wrong model- multiple serious mistakes-

i call immediately and after an hour on the phone they say they will call me back- which they did not. Now what?? I am left to fix this??

Horrible- a normal dealership in CT would have given me plates and registration on the spot at delivery.

Carvana is the worst- dishonest- unscrupulous dealer
